Refund policy

I want you to love your art. If something isn't right, here is exactly how it works.

Returns. I accept returns on prints and greeting cards within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email me at tara@taraleighart.com with your order number and I'll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Refunds. Once your returned item arrives and I've checked its condition, I'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days, and you'll get an email confirmation. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email me at tara@taraleighart.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. I'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to return the item.

Made-to-order canvas. Because framed canvas prints are custom-made to order, they're final sale and can't be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective (covered above).
